Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate a high-scale cloud platform for a cybersecurity product. You will work with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD, and observability tools to enable fast, reliable software delivery.

You’ll own production infrastructure, drive platform improvements, and collaborate with security and engineering teams to ensure security, reliability, and cost efficiency in a remote LATAM setting.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters, ideally Amazon EKS.
• Advanced Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Docker and containerized environments expertise.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop IaC using Terraform and manage Kubernetes workloads on EKS.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation for deployment.
• Improve deployment processes and developer experience across teams.
• Implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and OpenSearch/ELK.
• Participate in incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Strengthen security best practices and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Security and Engineering to scale the platform.
