Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Automation Tester to strengthen our development team during a platform revamp. You will automate tests for a ReactJS frontend and a Java backend in a microservices setup, ensuring reliability and performance.

You will implement Selenium and Postman for API tests, contribute to SAFe Agile processes, and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes in AWS environments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of testing experience in software development environments.
• Experience automating tests for ReactJS frontends and Java-based backends.
• Proficient with Selenium, Postman, and AWS CodePipeline or equivalent tools.
• Experience in API testing and integration testing in microservices environments.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes to manage test environments.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent English communication; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests for ReactJS applications and Java services.
• Create and execute tests for RESTful APIs and backend microservices.
• Apply Selenium, Postman, and related tools for comprehensive API testing.
• Perform integration testing using testcontainers with Java and relational databases.
• Collaborate via GitHub and GitHub Actions; participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies.
• Plan and run tests within CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps; contribute to deployment activities.
• Oversee and implement testing frameworks using Docker and Kubernetes in AWS.
