Ankura in Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Associate, Enterprise Intelligence to transform enterprise data into actionable insights and AI-enabled decision support. This hands-on role blends business acumen with technical analytics across client environments and dashboards.

You will identify opportunities, define metrics, and develop analytical solutions while collaborating with data teams and stakeholders. Growth toward leadership in analytics and data strategy is a key path.

Formación

• 2-6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouses, cloud analytics platforms, or modern data ecosystems.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience developing KPIs, metrics frameworks, and executive dashboards.
• Preferred experience with Python, data modeling, semantic layers, or modern analytics engineering concepts.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Enterprise Intelligence to help organizations transform enterprise data into actionable insights, operational intelligence, and AI-enabled decision support. This is a hands-on role for a highly analytical professional who enjoys solving business problems using data, analytics, visualization, and emerging AI technologies.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with technical capabilities and can work across multiple client environments to identify opportunities, define key metrics, develop dashboards and analytical solutions, and support enterprise intelligence initiatives. This role offers significant growth opportunities toward analytics leadership, data strategy, and AI-enabled business transformation. This role is based in Buenos Aires. This position will be employed via a 3rd party payroll and will be Senior Associate level equivalent within Ankura's structure.

Qualifications

• 2-6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, enterprise reporting, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI and visualization platforms.
• Experience working with enterprise data warehouses, cloud analytics platforms, or modern data ecosystems.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and meaningful insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and business stakeholders.
• Experience developing KPIs, metrics frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or advanced analytics techniques is preferred.
• Preferred experience with Python, data modeling, semantic layers, or modern analytics engineering concepts.
• Preferred exposure to enterprise data governance, data quality, and information management practices.
• Must be fluent in English
