AllShore Talent is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to design scalable analytic data models, build dimensional models and ELT pipelines using DBT, Databricks, and cloud tooling. You will translate business needs into production-ready data solutions while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

The role emphasizes strong SQL and analytics engineering expertise, independence in a remote environment, and contribution to AI-enabled analytics initiatives with a focus on data

Formación

• Hands-on with DBT and analytics engineering workflows.
• Dimensional data modeling: facts, dimensions, star schemas.
• Databricks experience with SQL, Python and PySpark.
• Terraform or IaC tooling experience.
• Microsoft Fabric, especially SQL endpoints and analytics workloads.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled analytics initiatives and tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable analytic data models using dimensional modeling best practices.
• Build and maintain fact and dimension tables, star schemas and reporting datasets.
• Develop and manage DBT transformations, models, and analytics workflows.
• Create scalable ELT pipelines using Databricks and cloud technologies.
• Translate business requirements into reliable data solutions and ensure data quality.
• Support AI-enabled analytics initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders.
