DEPT® is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to shape our data strategy. You will transform raw data into trusted, self-serve datasets and collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to deliver technical solutions addressing business needs.

Ideal candidates excel in data modeling, statistics, and building a scalable data foundation. Join our Data & Engineering team and help drive a data-driven organization at DEPT®.

Formación

• 4+ years of applied analytics/data engineering experience in a fast-paced tech company or consulting environment.
• Expert-level SQL: write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex scripts for performance and cost.
• dbt (Data Build Tool) experience managing the transformation layer of the modern data stack.
• Data modeling expertise: Star/Snowflake schemas and building semantic layers.

Responsabilidades

• Transform raw data into high-quality, self-serve data artifacts.
• Build and maintain semantic layers and documentation for self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to define requirements.
• Design and implement data schemas and pipelines with QA best practices.
• Oversee ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and performance optimization.
• Translate business questions into technical specs and present to stakeholders.
