Job summary

Tether is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own wallet design across our globally distributed platform. This 100% remote worldwide role collaborates with Product, Engineering and Research to ship evolving wallet experiences for diverse users, including first-time crypto adopters.

You'll lead visual and interaction design, prototype rapidly, and contribute to scalable design systems while ensuring accessibility and clear, plain-language interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, with shipped wallets or fintech products.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills across end-to-end flows.
• Experience with crypto, wallets, or digital assets is preferred.
• Fluent English communication and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Proven ability to ship iteratively in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own design execution end to end from concept to launch and iteration.
• Turn complex ideas into simple wallet experiences for first-time users.
• Prototype rapidly using modern tools, including AI-assisted methods.
• Collaborate daily with product, engineering and research, presenting work to leadership.
• Raise the bar for quality and contribute to wallet design strategy.
• Support scale of design systems and contribute to future wallet features.
