Job summary

Tether is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Wallets to own end-to-end design across our wallet experiences, collaborating with the Design Lead to shape the next iterations. This 100% remote worldwide role offers the chance to influence how millions store, send and manage digital assets.

You will prototype rapidly, partner with product, engineering and research, and help establish scalable design systems while shipping weekly in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, including live wallet/fintech projects.
• Mastery of visual and interaction design and end-to-end prototyping.
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, including AI-assisted design.
• Understanding of crypto networks, fees and self-custody.
• Ability to translate complex crypto concepts into simple user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own design execution end-to-end: from concept to launch and iteration.
• Turn complex ideas into intuitive wallet experiences for first-time users.
• Prototype rapidly with high-fidelity, interactive designs; leverage AI tools.
• Collaborate daily with product, engineering and research; present work to leadership.
• Raise the bar for quality across all shipped wallet features.
• Contribute to strategic decisions about wallet roadmap.
