Boosters R&D in Argentina is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to own backend development, infrastructure, and high-impact features from concept to launch. You’ll work in a lean, autonomous team with the Tech Lead to shape architecture, using Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and AI-powered development tools.

You’ll build scalable systems, improve engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, deployment), and contribute to product growth, user acquisition, and retention.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in backend engineering or full-stack development with a strong backend focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of product features throughout the lifecycle, from ideation to release and performance analysis.
• Research market trends and propose innovative features to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, with frontend collaboration using React or Next.js when needed.
• Collaborate on software architecture, system design, and technical decisions to support product scalability and growth.
• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure ensuring reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Help develop an AI-native engineering environment using AI agents and coding tools to build, test, and deploy solutions securely.
• Establish and improve engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows.
• Take ownership of technical initiatives and continuously raise quality and efficiency of product development.
