You will work remotely across LATAM, shaping production systems for a modern M&A SaaS platform, with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and pragmatic decision-making in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building production software systems.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, design, debugging, and maintainability.
• Experience with large/complex existing codebases.

Aufgaben

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
• Make architectural decisions as the product scales.
• Identify technical debt and reliability issues.
• Use AI coding agents extensively throughout development.
• Build and evolve backend services, APIs, data models, and workflows.
• Apply automated testing and improve production readiness.
