Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Senior Data and AI Cloud Solution Engineer to design and deliver scalable data platforms and AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers. You will work across data engineering, analytics, and generative AI initiatives in a fully remote setup.

You’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams, shape architectures that scale, ensure reliability, security, and cost efficiency, and mentor others while advancing OCI/multicloud strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related roles.
• Practical knowledge of distributed processing and modern analytics architectures.
• Experience with Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or cloud data services.

Responsibilities

• Discover data challenges and design data platforms for integration, storage, processing, and analytics.
• Design batch and real-time pipelines including ETL/ELT and cross-platform integration.
• Lead technical discussions and help bring validated solutions into production.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve integration and operational challenges.
