Job summary

Darwoft in LATAM is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to work on a FinTech Customer Experience platform. You will design and ship React/TypeScript screens within a modular frontend, collaborating with backend services and AI-powered tooling.

You’ll use AI-assisted workflows, implement data-driven UIs, and participate in architecture discussions while owning end-to-end features in a remote, contractor setup. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering and stakeholders in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX modules.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards and workflows.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, Storybook.
• Apply AI-assisted practices to prototype, test, refactor and debug.
• Experiment with AI coding agents to improve productivity and quality.
• Build data‑driven interfaces using TanStack Query, React Router, react-hook-form, Zod.
• Integrate frontend with BFF and backend APIs.
• Operate in a micro-frontend architecture with Rspack and Module Federation.
• Collaborate on API design with FastAPI and OpenAPI contracts.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness across queues, agents and metrics.
• Contribute to authorization-aware UX and gateway permissions.
• Troubleshoot frontend and backend issues with AI-assisted workflows.
• Maintain reliability, accessibility, and performance of critical workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and best practices.
