Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, operate, and improve cloud infrastructure for a high-scale cybersecurity product. You’ll work primarily with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD, and observability tools, collaborating across software engineering, QA, security, and IT teams.

You’ll help ship software faster with automation, observability, and strong platform engineering practices, while ensuring security and cost optimization. Remote LATAM opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years hands-on experience architecting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale.
• Strong proficiency in test-driven deployment methodologies and automated testing.
• Expertise in Docker containerization and image management.
• In-depth knowledge of C++ build systems such as CMake.
• Advanced Linux system administration and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in distributed teams.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, AWS CDK/CF).
• Experience with mobile CI/CD automation for iOS/Android.
• Advanced release management (automatic versioning, signing, distribution).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop IaC using Terraform and automation tooling.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads (EKS) and containerized apps.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI.
• Improve observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and OpenSearch/ELK.
• Lead incident response and post-mortems to drive platform reliability.
• Automate OS and infrastructure configs with Ansible; write automation in Python/Bash.
• Collaborate with security, QA, and Dev teams to strengthen security and DevOps practices.
• Optimize costs and reliability; contribute to internal developer platforms.
