G2i Inc. is seeking a senior-level software engineer evaluator to help assess AI coding agents in real-world scenarios. You will not write production code but judge whether AI responses are coherent, useful, and exhibit strong engineering judgment.

This remote, worldwide engagement runs 10-20 hours per week with hourly pay between $100 and $200, depending on experience and location. Start after take-home and seat is open.

Formación

• Senior, Staff or Principal-level engineer or equivalent.
• Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• Deep familiarity with AI-assisted dev workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).
• Comfort giving direct, opinionated feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end.
• Judge usefulness, correctness, and engineering taste.
• Provide clear, written feedback on what worked or misled.
• Help define what great looks like when using these tools.
