Job summary

Encora Inc. busca un Senior AI Agent Engineer para diseñar y desplegar agentes de IA empresariales con Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio y frameworks Python, priorizando robustez y escalabilidad.

Se requieren 5+ años en desarrollo de software y experiencia en IA generativa; se ofrece rol remoto con clientes en América Latina y colaboración con equipos globales.

Qualifications

• 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, con 2+ años en IA generativa, asistentes o agentes.
• Experiencia práctica con IA generativa (requisito imprescindible).
• Experiencia con Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI y Copilot Studio.
• Fuertes habilidades en Python e integración de REST APIs y servicios en la nube.
• Experiencia con Semantic Kernel, MCP y orquestación de agentes.
• Conocimiento de Prompt Engineering y Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experiencia implementando evaluación de agentes, guardrails y gestión de contexto.
• Conocimiento de observabilidad y monitoreo de IA en producción.
• Formación: Licenciatura en CS, Ingeniería de Software o IA.

Responsibilities

• Diseñar, desarrollar, probar y desplegar agentes de IA empresariales, copilotos y sistemas multiagente usando Azure AI Foundry y Copilot Studio.
• Desarrollar prompts, guías, definiciones de herramientas y flujos de enrutamiento con grounding, citas, recuperación y gestión de contexto.
• Integrar agentes con herramientas y APIs empresariales, crear prototipos rápidos y validar soluciones con usuarios.
• Crear evaluaciones automatizadas y optimizar calidad, latencia y costos, con monitoreo y resolución de incidencias en producción.

We at Coforge are hiring Senior AI Agent Engineer (#006fu00000bWsOCAA0-1) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent systems using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Python-based frameworks, and other approved technologies.

• Develop prompts, instructions, tool definitions, routing, and orchestration workflows while implementing grounding, citations, retrieval, context management, guardrails, and human-review patterns.

• Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools and APIs, build rapid prototypes, and validate solutions with business users.

• Create automated evaluations and continuously optimize agent quality, latency, reliability, observability, and cost while supporting production monitoring and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years developing Generative AI, AI assistant, or agent-based applications.

• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI (mandatory/deal-breaker skill).

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.

• Strong Python development skills and experience integrating REST APIs and cloud services.

• Experience with Semantic Kernel, MCP, and agent orchestration.

• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Experience implementing agent evaluation, guardrails, grounding, citations, and context management.

• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and continuous improvement practices for production AI applications.

• Experience developing and deploying secure, testable enterprise applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced experience with Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.

• Experience with Semantic Kernel, MCP, multi-agent systems, or comparable orchestration frameworks.

• Experience implementing RAG, automated evaluation pipelines, citations, and tool-use controls.

• Azure AI Engineer or related certification.
