AgileEngine, an Inc. 5000 company, seeks a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. You will design RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) solutions and craft XDM schemas to power unified customer profiles.

Partner with marketing and analytics on data ingestion and activation, build robust data architectures, manage identity resolution, and mentor junior engineers on AEP best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Deep knowledge of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON schemas.
• Experience with data ingestion pipelines and data integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management and building unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of marketing automation workflows.
• Strong communication skills to translate marketing objectives into technical data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Maintain the Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas and standardized data taxonomies.
• Configure batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines into AEP from enterprise sources.
• Define identity resolution frameworks and merge policies for unified customer profiles.
• Collaborate with CRM and Marketing to build cross‑channel journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation.
• Troubleshoot data flows, ensure data quality, governance, and privacy compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AEP best practices.
