The Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Director with a strong strategic, commercial, and operational background to lead and scale multi-market client relationships across the region.

The Senior Account Director will be responsible for the setup, discovery, and end-to-end follow-up of regional accounts and will manage high-level relationships with regional and global stakeholders (both internal and external), drive organic growth, lead pitch initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across digital, social media, and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, onboarding, setup, and ongoing operational coordination for multi-market accounts.
• Serve as the primary strategic contact for regional and global roles, managing relationships within and outside the agency, including insourcing models and partner agencies.
• Analyze and monitor agreed-upon scopes of work, ensuring deliverable accuracy and aligning cross-functional agency teams to meet client business goals.
• Design, build, and present multi-market commercial proposals for key regional accounts.
• Lead regional pitch presentations, RFP responses, and custom quotes to secure new business and defend current accounts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Account Director / Regional Lead) within integrated, 360°, or creative agencies, with strong knowledge of production processes.
• Proven track record in managing multi-market accounts, covering digital, social media, and print ecosystems.
• Advanced / Fluent English level (mandatory) for senior-level global stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated experience leading pitch processes, developing commercial proposals, and managing accounts under insourcing or agency-hub models.
• Strong people management skills, proactive mindset, high adaptability, and the ability to multitask in complex environments.
