Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Dispatch Communications with an active DoD Top Secret Clearance for our aerospace/defense site in King Of Prussia, PA. You will coordinate communications, monitor alarms, and dispatch personnel to security incidents, while maintaining logs and delivering professional service.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Dispatch Communications Security Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatcher supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarms and access activity, and dispatch personnel to security-related incidents. You will maintain clear records, provide exceptional customer service, and help support a secure environment through timely, professional response. • Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor incoming communications, alarms, and service requests; dispatch appropriate personnel and/or resources according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports, escalating critical information to site leadership and appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, supporting awareness of unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
