Job summary

EY’s Security Technology Services (STS) Lab in Argentina seeks a Lab Operations & Access Engineer ( Supervising Associate) to own lab provisioning, RBAC governance, and asset management. You’ll work with IAM, Defender, Sentinel, and Purview teams to ensure well-governed lab environments on Microsoft Fabric and Azure.

You will coordinate with the STS Lab Lead and Architecture teams to maintain access integrity, publish runbooks, and deliver reliable lab support and deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT Operations, Cloud Operations, or Security Engineering experience.
• Hands-on in access management or lab/environment support.
• Experience with Azure Portal, Entra ID, RBAC, and Resource Management.

Responsibilities

• Provision, maintain, and decommission lab user accounts across Azure AD / Entra ID and Fabric tenants.
• Design and audit RBAC across Azure subscriptions and lab environments; enforce least-privilege.
• Manage shared lab resources including VMs and assets; track asset state and access entitlements.
• Serve as first point of contact for lab support requests; triage access issues and provisioning with SLAs.
• Execute deployments through Azure Portal and ARM/Bicep; coordinate change approvals and logs.
• Manage lab access pipelines and GitHub workflows; contribute to automation scripts.
• Support onboarding of lab endpoints to Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Identity; validate policies.
• Produce runbooks and asset registers for global distribution.
• Coordinate with IAM, Defender/Sentinel, Purview teams to align access models.
