EY Global Delivery Services seeks an experienced Application and SQL Database Support Engineer to join the Secure Access team. You will support and maintain Secure Access solutions, ensuring service stability and efficiency, with collaboration across stakeholders and external vendors.

The role requires working in a global, matrixed environment, willingness to rotate shifts, and strong SQL/SSIS expertise to optimize data solutions and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in SQL and database management.
• Strong knowledge of SSIS for data integration.
• Proficiency in batch scripting and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio and Visual Studio.
• Experience with Power BI Report Builder for report development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Create and manage batch scripts and PowerShell scripts for automation tasks.
• Utilize SQL Server Management Studio for database management and performance tuning.
• Design and develop reports using Power BI Report Builder to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
• Document processes and maintain data quality standards.
• Monitor, log, and prioritize incidents based on severity and business requirements.
• Perform application deployment and configuration in server environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and performance.
