Siemens Mobility in Buenos Aires is seeking a mid-level Material Planning specialist to ensure parts availability for locomotive maintenance. You will apply SAP ERP Material Planning and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement to optimize inventory and schedules.

You will analyze data with Power BI and Tableau, report on end-to-end performance, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance contracts and spares.

Formación

• 3+ years of SCM/Materials Planning experience.
• Proficient in SAP ERP Material Planning Module.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in an engineer-to-order manufacturing environment and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Material Managers, and Engineering to identify unreleased or obsolete parts and assess impact on maintenance schedules.
• Oversee the MRP process using SAP ERP Planning module to ensure material availability.
• Develop streamlined materials planning strategies to improve inventory turnover and reduce risk.
• Coordinate with engineering, MRP controllers, order management, and procurement to address gaps and shortages.
• Track metrics, generate reports and presentations to monitor end-to-end performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
