DataXstream LLC in Williamsburg, VA, seeks a Customer Delivery Engineer to lead hands-on delivery, configuration, and support for OMS+ and IA on SAP BTP across on‑premises, private cloud, and public cloud environments.

Responsibilities include managing BTP subaccounts and CIS-based SSO federation, configuring SAP Cloud Connector, providing customer-facing support, authoring runbooks, and participating in on‑call rotations to ensure repeatable, reliable engagements.

Qualifications

• Foundational interest in cloud and enterprise platform technology.
• Exposure to SAP BTP or SAP technologies.
• Familiarity with identity and SSO concepts.
• Awareness of hybrid connectivity concepts.
• Comfort engaging with customers in a technical capacity.
• Fluent English level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support OMS+ and IA on SAP BTP across on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud environments.
• Manage BTP subaccounts, spaces, and service bindings for OMS+ and IA deployments.
• Configure SAP CIS federation for secure SSO within product environments.
• Configure SAP Cloud Connector to enable secure hybrid connectivity.
• Provide customer-facing support and participate in incident escalation with the CPE team.
• Create runbooks and delivery patterns to enable repeatable customer engagements.
• Participate in on-call rotation for customer-facing incident response.
