You will oversee source control, environment strategy, automated deployment, test automation and monitoring to enable frequent, reliable releases. In this role you will implement CI/CD pipelines, define branching strategies, automate validations and manage sandbox and test-data seeding, while collaborating with North American stakeholders in a

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps or platform engineering with Salesforce release experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CLI, sfdx, and packaging.
• Experience with at least one release platform: Copado, Gearset, Flosum or DevOps Center.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata across multiple squads.
• Define branching and environment strategy across orgs.
• Automate deployment validation, delta deployment and rollback.
• Operate environment and data management including sandbox strategies and data seeding.
