Job summary

Futbol Sites, part of Better Collective, seeks a Sales Director for Argentina, based in Buenos Aires. You will lead a high-performing sales team, shape the commercial strategy, and cultivate long-term advertiser partnerships across digital media, sports, and fútbol ecosystems.

You will build revenue growth, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to position Futbol Sites at the forefront of sports digital advertising in Argentina.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading commercial or sales teams in digital media, advertising, sports, or tech.
• Strong network in digital media and advertising with advertiser relationships.
• Proven track record of developing new business and managing strategic accounts.
• Comfort with C-suite interactions and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and acquisition of new clients, advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across brands, agencies, and partners.
• Personally manage and develop strategic and high-value accounts and close major pitches.
• Develop innovative, customized proposals that combine digital assets, audience, and sports expertise.
• Ensure revenue targets are consistently achieved and growth is delivered.
