Spyrosoft Ltd in Argentina is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to drive development, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud for global sales operations. You will work closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable CRM capabilities.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with Apex, LWC, and API integrations, plus middleware patterns to ensure reliable data exchange and streamlined business processes across enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development in enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow and Salesforce APIs.
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud: lead, account, opportunity, forecasting, and automation.
• Experience with integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, and permissions.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical designs and implementations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in Agile environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow.
• Configure Sales Cloud: lead, account, contact, opportunity, forecasting, and processes.
• Design and optimize sales workflows, lead conversions, approvals, and pipeline management.
• Develop custom objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, and automations.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, write unit tests, and support deployments and platform improvements.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders in Agile environments.
