Air Liquide Americas Business Services S.R.L. is seeking a motivated Intercompany Junior Analyst to support day-to-day Intercompany operations in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, accounting and reporting.

You will input intercompany transactions into the ERP, assist with reconciliations and help prepare desktop procedures and capacity updates. Ideal candidates are in 3rd or 4th year of Public Accounting or Business Administration, with English intermediate-advanced and Spanish mandatory,

• Answer Intercompany inquiries with a customer experience focus.
• Review and post journal entries from local teams and other BSC towers.
• Analyze account reconciliations.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and trigger new projects.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Prepare and update Desktop Procedures at least twice a year.
• Prepare a Capacity Update file listing activities and time spent.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Intercompany Junior Analyst reports directly to the Intercompany Team Lead /Intercompany Supervisor. The primary function is to play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day Intercompany operations of the organization: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting and Reporting. The junior analyst will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and hands‑on experience in various aspects of accounting.

Job Responsibilities

• Comply with AL Policies and Values.
• Responsible for contributing in achieving the Intercompany Team metrics.
• Accurately enter AR and AP Intercompany financial transactions into the ERP.
• Answer Intercompany inquiries, based on Customer Experience focused.
• Receive, review and post journal entries received from the local teams and other BSC towers.
• Analyze account reconciliations.
• Keep a smooth communication process with all the team members and stakeholders.
• Detect improvement opportunities to trigger off new projects.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Prepare and Update Desktop Procedures at least twice a year.
• Prepare an Update Capacity file in order to list the activities performed and the time consumed by each of them.

Qualifications

Education

Students in 3rd or 4th year, majoring in Public Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
