• Bachelor’s degree or above in art, design, visual merchandising, marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising or display management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management with travel readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement in-store visual merchandising standards and planograms.
• Review store displays for brand consistency and audit displays.
• Coordinate with graphic and space designers for POP materials and fixtures.
• Collaborate with marketing, GTM, KA, and channel sales for unified messaging.
• Analyze sales data and display performance to optimize strategies.
• Manage retail GTM budgets and track ROI.
