Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist with daily functions, organize merchandise, and ensure safety and compliance across the store.

You will help train Store Associates, support opening/closing procedures, and help maintain a clean, inviting sales floor and organized stockroom while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical store duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention tasks.
• Train and develop Store Associates and maintain a safe environment.
