McClure Oil Corporation is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise a small team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. The role includes cash handling, training new associates, stocking, and maintaining an organized sales floor.

The position emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a proactive approach to creating a welcoming environment for customers and staff. Weekly pay and opportunities for advancement are highlights of this role.

Formación

• Customer service excellence and greeting of customers.

Responsabilidades

• Be the friendly face that greets all customers and helps them achieve a great experience.
• Lead daily shift activities and ensure the team has resources to succeed.
• Direct daily operations of employees and oversee training of new associates.
• Manage cashier duties and balance the register at shift end as directed by management.
• Assist with stocking and receiving products on the sales floor.
• Complete daily paperwork and close the register as required.
• Foster a friendly, positive work environment for staff.

We are looking for Shift Managers that can be:

• Customer Service Superstar: Be the friendly face that greets all our customers. Offer assistance, answer questions and help customers achieve great customer experience
• Team player to ensure store environment is friendly and inviting to employees and guest
• Shift leader and help direct daily actives of employees and ensure team has the resources to be successful
• Cash register master: act as a clerk each shift and help train new store associates.
• Sales floor guru: Assist with stocking and receiving products within the store.
• Office Pro: complete daily paperwork, balance and close register as directed by manager.
• Creator of a friendly and positive work environment for employees.
• Other Duties as Assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to reach, stand and move about for at least 12 hours at a time
• Must be able to use a ladder, lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. or more
• Must have basic math and computer skills
