PUMA is seeking a store leadership role focused on driving performance and delivering excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the store manager to review daily sales, analyze customer data, and align action plans with budget goals.

The position requires coordinating training and supporting recruitment and succession planning to sustain a high-performing retail team. Candidates should be comfortable with KPI analysis, sales systems, and Office tools, and must uphold PUMA's

Responsabilidades

• Review store actions and daily sales variables with the store manager to meet budget objectives.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitor info to guide the business.
• Coordinate training programs with the store manager and operations to foster service culture.
• Assist in recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for store staff.
• Ensure compliance with store processes and policies, including opens/closes, sales, inventories, and stockroom.

YOUR MISSION

• Revisar, en conjunto con el jefe de tienda, la distribución y revisión diaria de las acciones y variables de venta para alcanzar los objetivos previstos en el presupuesto de la tienda.
• Revisar, en conjunto con el jefe de tienda, el análisis del perfil de clientes, tendencias de compra, e información de la competencia para impactar y dirigir el negocio.
• Coordinar, junto al jefe de tienda y el área de operaciones, los programas de capacitación para el equipo de trabajo, con el fin de contribuir con una cultura de servicio al cliente.
• Realizar y apoyar al jefe de tienda, en el reclutamiento, entrenamiento, desarrollo y sucesión de personas en la tienda.
• Mantener el cumplimiento de los procesos y políticas establecidos en la tienda (aperturas/cierres, gestión de ventas, inventarios / bodega, entre otros); de acuerdo a los objetivos establecidos por PUMA.

YOUR TALENT

• 2 a 4 años de experiencia previa en cargos similares. (A partir de 1 año de experiencia como ASM)
• Habilidad probada en conocimiento de KPIs del negocio y liderando equipos.
• Conocimientos de office.
• Conocimientos de sistemas de venta
