Rumzer is seeking a talented Webflow Developer & Webmaster to own our website, build new pages in Webflow, maintain health, and deploy updates. This is a fully remote, part-time role (80 hours per month) with flexible scheduling.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Webmaster, with 2+ years in Webflow, fluent English, and a startup-ready mindset. Spanish or German skills are a plus, and you will join a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup environment requires a positive, self-motivated attitude.
• Fluent English is required; bilingual Spanish or German is a plus.

• Maintain site health and performance across the web presence.
• Implement basic SEO strategies to improve discoverability.

About the Role

• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
