Job summary

Rumzer is seeking a talented Webflow Developer & Webmaster to own the website's development, deployment, and ongoing upkeep in a fully remote, part-time role (80 hours per month). You will build new pages in Webflow, maintain site health, deploy updates, and implement basic SEO strategies in a fast-moving startup environment.

Fluent English is required; additional Spanish or German is a plus. You will collaborate with the team, ensure accessibility, monitor performance, and report progress

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster.
• Minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup-ready with a positive, self-motivated attitude.

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
