Job summary

Rumzer is seeking a talented Webflow Developer & Webmaster to own our website end-to-end. This fully remote, part-time role (80 hours/month) invites a self-motivated professional to build pages in Webflow, keep the site healthy, and deploy updates seamlessly.

You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure the site is both visually appealing and easily discovered, while collaborating with a small, driven team in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Webmaster
• 2+ years in Webflow
• Startup-friendly, self-motivated
• Fluent English required (Spanish/German bonus)

About the Role

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Language: Fluent English is required. If you also speak Spanish or German, please let us know in your application, as bilingual candidates will receive preferential treatment!
