Job summary

Rumzer is seeking a skilled Webflow Developer & Webmaster for a fully remote, part-time role. You will own the website end-to-end, building pages in Webflow, keeping the site healthy, and deploying updates with minimal friction.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years as a Webmaster, with 2+ years in Webflow, and fluent English. Knowledge of Spanish or German is a plus in our multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent English; bilingual Spanish or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build out new pages in Webflow, maintain site health, and deploy updates seamlessly.
• Own end-to-end ownership of Rumzer's digital presence and site updates.
• Implement basic SEO strategies to improve discoverability and performance.

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
