Rumzer is seeking a skilled Webflow Developer & Webmaster for a fully remote, part-time role (80 hours per month). You will own the website from build to deployment and ongoing upkeep, ensuring fast, healthy pages with SEO basics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Webmaster, 2+ years in Webflow, and a proactive, startup-ready mindset. English fluency is required, with Spanish or German a plus for bonus consideration.

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
