Uptalent.io is seeking a BIM architect with a strong US market focus for remote collaboration. Ideal candidate brings Proficiency in Revit, construction docs, permits, and 3D modeling, and resides in Latin America.

You will coordinate with US architects and consultants, manage lifecycle from sets to presentations, and communicate with clients. Fluent English required; you will build a portfolio of US-facing projects while working remotely for North American clients.

• Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
• Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
