Uptalent.io is seeking a highly skilled BIM architect with strong Revit expertise to serve US-based clients. This remote role supports architecture projects across the US market, focusing on construction docs, permits, 3D modeling, and presentations.

Candidates must reside in Latin America and be fluent in English. You will collaborate with US architects and consultants, deliver high-quality documentation, and maintain strong client relationships while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Expert in Revit, including construction docs, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
• Support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes and permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
• Work remotely for the North American Market.
