Job summary

Uptalent.io is seeking a highly skilled BIM architect to join our remote team serving US market clients from Latin America. You will lead Revit workflows and deliver construction documentation.

Fluency in English, deep knowledge of US building codes, and the ability to coordinate with US architects and consultants are essential. A strong project portfolio demonstrating US projects is required.

This role is fully remote and offers exposure to top North American clients.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in BIM architecture with experience in US market projects.
• Expert in Revit including construction docs, permit sets, detailing, and family creation.
• Strong knowledge of US building codes and permit submission processes.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Proactive communicator with ability to coordinate with US architects/consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM workflows and deliver construction documentation for US market projects.
• Coordinate with US architects and consultants and manage client communication.
• Develop and present design packages, 3D models, and visualization for clients.

Requirements

• Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
• Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
