Job summary

Skydance is seeking a Coordinator, Sports Streaming Content (Fixed Term) to support day-to-day coordination and execution of regional sports streaming content across TNT Sports Argentina, TNT Sports Chile and HBO Max. You will work closely with regional teams to ensure timely delivery of material across platforms and markets.

The role requires strong organizational skills, Spanish and English proficiency, and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of regional Sports Streaming Content across TNT Sports Argentina, TNT Sports Chile, and HBO Max.
• Maintain content calendars, schedules, trackers, documentation and status updates for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Content, Editorial, Production, Digital & Social, Marketing, Design and Operations teams to gather inputs and follow up on deliverables.
• Support coordination of live, studio and other Sports Streaming Content initiatives and ensure timely execution.
• Follow up on deliverables, materials, approvals and dependencies; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in preparing content and audience reports and presentations for the team.
• Handle routine administrative tasks including trackers, purchase requests, invoices and documentation.
• Support coordination of promotional, brand and communications initiatives.

The Job

The Coordinator, Sports Streaming Content supports the day‑to‑day coordination and execution of Sports Streaming content across digital platforms. Reporting to the VP, Sports Streaming Content & Editorial, the role supports the coordination and implementation of regional content and editorial plans, with a strong focus on TNT Sports Argentina, TNT Sports Chile, and HBO Max across the region. This is a hands‑on coordination role focused on managing deliverables, connecting teams, following up on implementation, and ensuring timely and consistent execution across markets and platforms.

The Daily - Major Activities

• Coordinate the day‑to‑day implementation of regional Sports Streaming Content and editorial plans across TNT Sports Argentina, TNT Sports Chile, and HBO Max, following established priorities and guidelines.
• Maintain content calendars, schedules, trackers, documentation, and status updates to support timely delivery across platforms.
• Coordinate with regional and market teams across Content, Editorial, Production, Digital & Social, Marketing, Design, and Operations to gather inputs and follow up on deliverables.
• Support the coordination of live, studio, and other Sports Streaming Content initiatives, following up with relevant teams to ensure timely execution.
• Follow up on content deliverables, materials, approvals, and dependencies across markets and platforms, escalating issues to the manager when needed.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of content and audience information, reports, and presentations for the Sports Streaming Content & Editorial team.
• Assist with routine administrative and operational processes, including trackers, purchase requests, invoices, and documentation, following established guidelines.
• Support the coordination of promotional, brand, and communication initiatives by following up on materials, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.

The Essentials

• Experience in sports media, broadcasting, streaming, content, production, or a related environment.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams and stakeholders and keep work moving forward.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work with established processes, priorities, and guidelines, while knowing when to elevate issues.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Interest in sports and familiarity with sports content and digital platforms.
• Native Spanish proficiency required.
• English proficiency required.
