Job summary

Skydance is seeking a temporary role for a TV producer to lead live sports broadcasts, coordinating editorial and technical aspects. You will manage program routines, live mobile shoots, and field coverage, while guiding talent and ensuring timely, accurate content.

The role requires prior production experience in sports media, familiarity with football, and ability to coordinate across teams. English is a plus and relocation may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a TV producer in live sports broadcasts.
• Knowledge of football (Argentine & international) and sports journalism (desirable).
• Background in media production, sports content.
• Knowledge of social media and streaming.
• English language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the program/broadcast routine and actively produce journalistic angles.
• Coordinate live mobile units for reception and recording, or international feed; determine content and positions for live mobiles.
• Download videos and work alongside editor; edit photos and video using templates.
• Perform journalistic supervision: verify scripts with data and stats for matches and shows.
• Direct talents: coordinate with hosts and panelists on topics, routines and daily content; manage schedules, travel, access, and logistics.
• Cover field reporting with on-site notes and interviews.

Es responsable por la producción y coordinación de aire en programas, transmisiones y coberturas especiales, asegurando cumplimiento de lineamientos editoriales y técnicos.

Responsabilidades de tu puesto

• Desarrollo de contenido: Arma la rutina del programa/transmisión y produce activamente los enfoques periodísticos.
• Informa y coordina móviles en vivo para recepción y grabación del contenido, o la recepción de la señal internacional de los partidos. Define el contenido y ubicación de los móviles en vivo (a quién se entrevista, qué se muestra, qué se pregunta).
• Descarga videos y realiza trabajo en isla junto al editor. Edición de foto y video utilizando templates predeterminados.
• Supervisión periodística: Chequeo de scripts con información, datos y estadísticas para los partidos y programas.
• Dirección de talentos: Pauta directamente con los conductores y panelistas (relator/comentarista en el caso de las transmisiones) el desarrollo de los temas, rutinas y contenidos del día. Coordina horarios de citación, traslados, accesos y requerimientos operativos.
• Cobertura en campo con notas y entrevistas de manera presencial

Cualificaciones y experiencia

• Se requiere experiencia como productor televisivo en transmisiones y/o programas deportivos.
• Conocimientos sobre fútbol argentino e internacional, perfil de periodismo deportivo. (deseable)
• Experiencia previa en medios de comunicación, preferentemente en áreas vinculadas a producción de contenidos deportivos y cobertura periodística.
• Conocimientos de redes sociales y streaming.
• Conocimientos de idioma ingles (deseable)
