Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking a Senior Video Editor for remote work across North American universities. You will edit and optimize video content for ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure high-quality output for YouTube, social, and paid media.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in agency or marketing environments, strong storytelling, and advanced skills in Premiere Pro plus After Effects or similar tools.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, media production, or marketing team.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling with pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.
• Fluent English communication with US-based teams.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance quality with color grading, sound design, and transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to boost engagement.
• Optimize videos for various platforms with correct aspect ratios and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with goals.
• Manage video files and assets with structured workflows and version control.
• Review edits with feedback from internal and client teams and refine accordingly.
• Stay updated on editing techniques and platform trends to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets through internal and client review steps.
