TripleTen is a fast-growing online school offering flexible studies, career mentoring, and guaranteed employment after completing the course. We are hiring an Internal Sales Specialist to support student retention and payment continuity, focusing on collecting monthly payments and preventing drop-outs.

You will contact students with due or overdue payments, resolve payment issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and the student experience.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong active listening with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
• 2+ years in Sales, Retention, Collections, CS, or Consultative Sales.

Responsabilidades

• Collect recurring payments on time and meet targets.
• Resolve payment-related concerns and support students to stay enrolled.
• Proactively engage to drive student retention and prolongation.
• Meet SLA targets by managing follow-ups and payment issues.
