RGX is a digital marketing agency seeking a senior editor to lead strategy and quality during a planned leave, with a fast ramp and independent operation. The role starts as a contract with a clear path to a permanent senior editor and benefits, and is fully remote with meaningful overlap with US Eastern Time for collaboration.

During the contract, you will help build editorial standards, QA processes, and mentoring structures as the department grows, enabling a seamless transition to leadership

Formación

• 5+ years editing strategic marketing content (SEO, landing pages, email, PPC assets).
• Ability to read SEO strategy documents and identify weak points (keywords, intent, funnel).
• Work independently and make editorial calls during a leave.
• Collaborate with writers, strategists, and PMs to maintain quality.

Responsabilidades

• Review strategy before content exists and test briefs.
• Edit for strategic alignment with persona and funnel stage.
• Create and fix editing standards with leadership buy-in.
• Spot ranking opportunities in SERPs and adjust.
• Run quality control pre-publication (QA) including links, metadata, formatting.
• Provide actionable, constructive feedback to writers to improve their work.
