You will collaborate with Finance, Tax, and other teams to ensure accurate data, maintain internal controls, and stay updated on regulatory changes. English proficiency and basic SAP/Power BI familiarity are beneficial.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year experience in local books preparation or audit support.
• Strong goal orientation and results focus.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excel pivot tables; macros not required.
• Intermediate English; team includes US/Canada.
• Basic SAP/S4H knowledge is valuable.
• Experience with Workiva and Power BI preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist and execute the preparation and maintenance of local statutory accounting records and financial statements, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with local requirements.
• Support the submission of statutory filings by organising documentation and coordinating with relevant internal teams.
• Help gather and compile financial and statistical information requested by local regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and other departments to collect and validate data needed for statutory reporting and compliance.
• Provide administrative and logistical support during external audits, including organising audit evidence and tracking deliverables.
• Assist in monitoring and documenting internal controls related to statutory accounting processes.
• Support the use and maintenance of accounting systems and tools used for statutory reporting and compliance.
• Stay informed of basic regulatory and accounting updates and elevate relevant changes to senior team members.
