Community Sports Partners | Remote — Latin America & the Caribbean
Predominantly evenings and weekends, Toronto/Eastern time
$1,000–$1,500 monthly base + $1,000+/month performance bonus potential
Build and run sports programs with the urgency, resourcefulness and accountability of a founder.
We are building a high-growth sports business and looking for someone who loves sport and wants personal responsibility for making leagues and programs succeed. You will own the process from initial planning through sales, launch, execution, customer experience and growth.
This is an intense, hands-on role with high expectations. You will pursue ambitious growth targets, solve problems under pressure and follow through on commitments. Your impact will be measured in filled programs, reliable delivery, returning players and sound financial results.
A conventional 9-to-5 mindset —waiting for instructions, doing only the assigned task or leaving problems for someone else is incompatible with this role. We actively challenge passive working habits and address repeated failures of ownership through performance reviews.
Hours are predominantly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time, when our customers and programs are most active. These are the core working hours of the role. Specific shifts and weekly hours will be agreed before starting. Within that schedule, we expect focus, urgency and dependable ownership.
This is one role advertised across multiple recruitment locations. Applicants throughout Latin America and the Caribbean are welcome, including outside the advertised metropolitan locations. Please apply once.
Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations; sustained passion for sport demonstrated through real involvement; strong organization and numerical skills; fluent spoken and written English; confidence with spreadsheets and operational systems; and the ability to coordinate people remotely. You must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
Start as a Coordinator at USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on experience, plus the potential to earn USD $1,000+ per month in performance bonuses, based on targets and calculation terms agreed in advance. Bonuses are variable, not guaranteed.
Over the first six months, you will build toward Manager responsibilities. Progression to Manager will depend on successful completion of probation and a six-month review of growth results, operational reliability, initiative and readiness to lead independently. Promotion is earned through results.

You’ll support the daily operation behind completed inspections. That means getting appointments scheduled, helping field inspectors resolve access issues, updating property managers, and making sure inspection status is accurate from start to finish.
The work is high-volume and phone-first, and every call is a little different. The goal is not just to make calls. The goal is to make sure inspections are completed, documented, and communicated clearly.
