Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a marketer who can craft email and SMS campaigns, segment audiences, and drive bookings for sports facility time and pickup games. You will coordinate with teams to ensure timely communications, manage lists with consent, and optimize journeys for repeat participation.

You will support remote operations across Latin America, while aligning with North American schedules, particularly evenings and weekends in Eastern time.

Qualifications

• Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands-on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
• Confidence following up with leads and asking for the booking.
• Strong attention to detail with schedules, prices, customer records and deadlines.
• Experience with a CRM and an email/SMS platform (Klaviyo/ActiveCampaign/HubSpot/Mailchimp).
• Comfort using spreadsheets and reports to understand conversions and campaign performance.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games, registrations and offers.
• Create segments by location, sport, interest, booking history and engagement.
• Build welcome, lead follow-up, reminder, and win-back flows; test and report on performance.
