Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a marketing and operations coordinator to design and deploy email and SMS campaigns, segment audiences, and drive bookings for sports facilities and pickup games.

You will support remote pickup-game operations and manage communications that promote participation and repeat business across Latin America and North America. Strong English, CRM experience, and comfort with flexible evening/weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands-on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
• Confidence following up with leads, explaining an offer and asking for the booking.
• Strong attention to detail with schedules, prices, customer records and deadlines.
• Experience with a CRM and an email/SMS platform (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Comfort using spreadsheets and reports to understand conversion, bookings and campaign performance.
• Dependable communication and willingness to own the next action until an issue is resolved.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send email/SMS campaigns to promote facility time and events.
• Create segments by location, sport, interest, booking history and engagement.
• Build welcome messages, lead follow-up, reminders and win-back flows.
• Coordinate with sales to respond to inquiries and confirm bookings and payments.
• Keep the sales pipeline current and pursue renewals or repeat bookings.
• Coordinate with operations to confirm availability and pricing.
