Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a marketer to weave email and SMS campaigns with sales follow-through for sport facility bookings and pickup-game operations. The role emphasizes remote coordination and outbound engagement to convert interest into bookings.

The ideal candidate will manage campaigns, write compelling offers, segment audiences, and optimize journeys while ensuring accuracy and timely communications with customers.

Qualifications

• Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands-on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
• Confidence following up with leads, explaining an offer and obtaining the booking.
• Attention to detail with schedules, prices, records and deadlines.
• Experience with a CRM and email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games and offers.
• Create segments by location, sport, interest, history and engagement.
• Build welcome, lead follow-up, recovery, reminders, repeat-booking and win-back flows.
• Write clear copy with offers and calls to action; adapt brand assets for mobile emails.
• Check audiences, dates, time zones, prices, links and suppression rules.
• Monitor delivery, bounces and opt-outs; maintain consent lists.
• Test messaging and journeys; report on enquiries, bookings and revenue.
