Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Mar del Plata to help train AI systems to think like developers. This remote, hourly contract role lets you write, review, and improve AI-generated code across languages, with flexible hours and independent work.

You’ll evaluate code for correctness, performance, and readability, design prompts, and provide clear feedback. If you enjoy problem solving and communicating technical decisions clearly, this role fits a self-motivated, hands-on coder.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency reading, writing, and reasoning about code with clarity.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging approach.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across a range of languages, frameworks, and problem domains
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works — or doesn't
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
