Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Mendoza to help train AI systems by writing, reviewing, and refining AI-generated code. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers 10-40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling for independent work.

You will write, review, and optimize code across Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, and TypeScript, while providing expert feedback on AI outputs to improve safety and reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and systematic debugging approach.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t.
• Design challenging prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
