Welo Data in a global, fully remote setting seeks a Session Director to lead live recording sessions with voice contributors, guiding scripted scenarios to produce natural, conversational audio.

You will coach performers through scenes, adapt wording for regional authenticity, monitor mic technique and background noise in real time, and keep sessions on schedule while maintaining a supportive environment for talent of varying experience. Freelance remote work with flexible hours.

Formación

• Native fluency in the required language with a strong ear for natural phrasing.
• Experience directing, coaching, or producing voice talent (voice direction, casting, dubbing, theatre).
• Ability to give clear, actionable performance direction.
• Solid knowledge of basic recording/mic technique (proximity, plosives, room noise, levels).
• Comfort improvising and adjusting scripted material on the fly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport building with performers of varying levels.

Responsabilidades

• Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios to achieve natural delivery.
• Build scene context for performers and improvise to fill gaps live.
• Adapt wording for natural phrasing and regional authenticity.
• Monitor and correct audio quality in real time (mic technique, levels, noise).
• Manage session pacing to meet recording targets while maintaining quality.
• Create a supportive, low-pressure environment for performers, including beginners.
